I've been working in the field of human development as a social worker, an expert instructional designer and training consultant for over 20 years. I've encountered thousands of individuals, and I've lost count of how many organizations, schools, businesses, and government agencies I've had the benefit of working with in that time. I have some thoughts about how to best help people change. I'm sharing the best of them here.

My most recent projecct was ghost writing a book for the late, great Bill Bengston. I conducted over 50 hours worth of interviews and sifted through a lifetime of the most incredible stories and mind-bending research to complete the project in 2026. The book will be published by MacMillan, and you can now pre-order it from all your favorite book retailers. It will be out July 6, 2027!
